Diese Zucchini-Spinat-Feta-Röllchen mit Thunfisch sind schnell gemacht und schmecken einfach genial! Außen leicht und knackig, innen herzhaft gefüllt – ein echtes Wohlfühlgericht, das wenig Kohlenhydrate hat und dich mit reichlich Protein versorgt.

    Spinach
  • 100 g
    Feta cheese
  • 1 Can
    Tuna
  • 1
    Egg
  • 2
    Spring onions
  • 5 ml
    Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Nutmeg

    Cut the zucchinis lengthways into thin strips using a peeler. Sprinkle with a little salt and leave to stand briefly to soften.

    Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan, finely slice the spring onions and fry briefly. Add the spinach and allow to collapse for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

    Place the spinach mixture in a bowl, crumble the feta and mix well with the drained tuna and egg.

    Place 1-2 teaspoons of filling on each zucchini strip, roll up and secure with a toothpick.

    Place the rolls in a baking dish, top with a little feta or sesame seeds if desired and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan oven) for approx. 25-30 mins.
