Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Belgium.

Our team always endeavors to process all orders promptly and to adhere to the specified shipping time. We ask for your understanding should there be delays in individual deliveries.
Your order will usually be prepared and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery then takes place within a further 1-2 working days, depending on the shipping service provider, over whose delivery time we unfortunately have no influence.
The actual shipping time in Germany is usually 1-2 working days - for deliveries to NL, CH or AT usually 3 working days.
Please note that we cannot influence the delivery of parcels. If there is a delay of more than 5 working days, please contact our Happy Service Team and we will find a solution together.

Deliveries within Germany cost €4.95 incl. VAT. Usually ready for dispatch in 1-2 working days. Standard shipping for skyr and ready meals within Germany costs 9,95€ incl. VAT.
Express shipping Germany:
Express deliveries within Germany cost €9.95 incl. VAT (order by 12 noon).
*Express delivery Germany: DPD delivery on Saturday not possible.

Orders from a value of 100€ are free of shipping costs within Germany (ready meals, Skyr-Drinks & food cleanse or bundles containing these products are excluded). Usually ready for dispatch in 1-2 working days.

All our orders are forwarded very quickly to our shipping team. If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within the first 15 minutes, otherwise the order process may already be too advanced.
