Herzhaft, cremig und voller Power – diese Chili Cheese Protein Bowl bringt alles mit, was ein echtes Fitness-Soulfood braucht. Knusprige Kartoffelwürfel, würziges Rinderhack und eine samtige Käse-Soße treffen auf frische Avocado und mild-scharfe Peperoni. Das Ergebnis: eine Low Carb – High Protein Bowl, die nicht nur satt macht, sondern auch richtig Lust auf mehr.

    Potatoes

    Olive oil
  • 250 g
    Minced beef
  • 1

    Garlic clove
  • Salt & pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cumin powder
  • 100 ml
    Cream
  • 50 g
    Cheddar
  • Chili powder
  • 0.5 TL
    Mustard

    Potato cubes in the Airfryer:
    Season with 1 teaspoon of oil, salt and paprika and cook at 180 °C for approx. 15-18 minutes until crispy and golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside.

    Fry the mince:
    Fry the onion and garlic in a non-stick pan, then add the minced beef. Fry until crumbly and season well with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.

    Cook the cheese sauce:
    Heat the light cream in a small pan, stir in the cheddar and allow to melt. Season to taste with chili, mustard, salt & pepper. If it gets too thick: add a sip of water or milk.

    Dressing:
    Start the bowl with the potato cubes, spread the minced meat on top and pour over the hot cheese sauce. Top with avocado and peppers, garnish with herbs.

    For more crunch: add a few roasted chickpeas or roasted bell pepper strips as a topping!
