Ingredients (1 tray)
For the dough
- 3 medium eggs
- 4 tablespoons of apple sauce
- 100 ml almond milk
- 100 g spelt flour
- 50 g LiveFresh Drinking meal chocolate
- 30 g baking cocoa
- ½ packet baking powder
For the topping
- 200 g low-fat cream cheese (3% fat)
- 20 g LiveFresh Drinking meal chocolate
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- Berries for decoration
Preparation
- Preheat the oven: First preheat the oven to 175 °C fan.
- Beat the egg whites: Separate the whites from the yolks of two eggs, beat the whites until stiff and chill.
- Prepare the batter: In a bowl, beat the apple sauce, one whole egg and the almond milk with a hand mixer until frothy. Add the spelt flour, drinking meal and baking cocoa and mix well.
- Fold in the egg whites: Slowly fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the batter.
- Bake: Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, smooth out and place in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
- Prepare the topping: While the dough is baking, mix the cream cheese, drinkable meal and baking cocoa together well in a bowl and chill.
- Decorate: Spread the topping on the cooled dough, top with fruit and optionally sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
- Enjoy: Enjoy!
