250g wide rice band noodles
150g sugar pods
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 handful of mu-territory mushrooms
1 pepper
1 carrot
Peanut cores
sesame
Optional: coriander
For the dressing:
soy sauce
Rice vinegar
Lime juice
Rice syrup
Big clove of garlic
peanut oil
water
Preparation:
- First cook the rice band noodles according to the package instructions and first set aside
- As long as the noodles cool, cut the vegetables into small pieces and put them in a bowl
- Now in a small bowl the soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, rice syrup, garlic, oil and the water mix together into a sauce
- Then add the vegetables to the pasta, add the sauce over it and mix everything well
