Ingredients (2 portions):

1 cucumber

1 chili

1 garlic clove

sesame seeds

sesame oil

Soy sauce

lime juice

rice vinegar 

Preparation:

  1. First wash the cucumber, peel, halve and remove the inside
  2. Then cut the cucumber into small strips and place in a bowl
  3. Then cut the chili into fine pieces and add to the cucumber
  4. Finally, press the garlic over the cucumber and add the sesame seeds, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice and rice vinegar and mix well.
  5. Enjoy the taste!
