Vegan potato salad

Our creamy & vegan potato salad is quick and easy to make! The salad tastes at least as delicious as the traditional recipe. Ingredients (1 portion): 

Boiled potatoes

Red onion




Salt & pepper

For the dressing: 

Soy cream

Cucumber water




  1. Put the potatoes in a large pot of salted water and simmer for about 20 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, chop the onions, radishes, gherkins and chives into small pieces 
  3. For the dressing, mix the soy cream with a little cucumber water and season to taste with mustard and nutmeg 
  4. Drain the potatoes in a sieve, rinse them with cold water and then peel them before cutting them into cubes
  5. Now you can put all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. That's it - enjoy!
