Vegan melon ice cream

It's really hard to find someone who doesn't like watermelon. We love watermelon! Reason enough to make this delicious pumpkin plant a vegan melon ice cream to conjure up. Instead of buying overpriced vegan ice cream in the supermarket, you can easily make it yourself with just a few ingredients. We'll show you how - you'll find the recipe video with our Jessi at the bottom. Summer + sun + ice cream = good mood!

Ingredients (6 ice creams): 

1 melon slice

2 tbsp yoghurt (vegan)

blueberries

Resting time: 3 hours in the freezer

Preparation:

  1. Take the melon slice and carefully hollow it out
  2. Then puree the flesh from the melon slice and add 2 tbsp of vegan yoghurt
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the melon skin and also add blueberries 
  4. Now you can leave the whole thing to rest in your freezer for 3 hours
  5. Cut the ice cream into 6 pieces and enjoy!
