Instead of buying overpriced vegan ice cream in the supermarket, you can easily make it yourself with just a few ingredients. Ingredients (6 ice creams):
1 melon slice
2 tbsp yoghurt (vegan)
blueberries
Resting time: 3 hours in the freezer
Preparation:
- Take the melon slice and carefully hollow it out
- Then puree the flesh from the melon slice and add 2 tbsp of vegan yoghurt
- Pour the liquid mixture into the melon skin and also add blueberries
- Now you can leave the whole thing to rest in your freezer for 3 hours
- Cut the ice cream into 6 pieces and enjoy!
