Ingredients (2 portions):

20g vegan butter 

1 toe garlic

1 yellow, fragrant lemon (organic)

200ml of cream (vegan)

250g spaghetti



1 red chilli

Fresh parsley

Grated vegan parmesan


  1. First wash the lemon thoroughly and dry
  2. Then rub the lemon with a grater, preferably with a grater that does not rub too deep so that only the yellow is used by the shell
  3. Now you can bring the water to a boil
  4. Melt the butter on a small flame, add the garlic into the pan and swing it briefly in the butter, so that the butter takes the aroma from the garlic
  5. Then remove the garlic out of the pan
  6. Next, put the cream and the grated lemon peel in the pan and bring to the boil
  7. Now add the juice of about half a pressed lemon to the pan
  8. Finally the cooked spaghetti, Add the chilli and some vegan parmesan and stir everything well
  9. Finally, season with salt and pepper
