1 avocado

1 red onion

15g panko breadcrumbs

1 tbsp black sesame seeds

paprika powder

  1. First fry the panko (breadcrumbs) in a pan until golden brown, then add the sesame seeds

  2. Now cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and also fry in the pan until golden brown

  3. Meanwhile, peel the onion, cut into very fine strips and marinate with olive oil, salt and paprika powder

  4. Finally, arrange the avocado on a plate, add the marinated onions and top with the panko-sesame mixture

  5. Enjoy!
