- 250 g low-fat quark
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp xylitol
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 TBSP. Livefresh Protein mix vanilla
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp ready-made poppy seed mix
- 1 pinch of salt
preparation
- PreheatPreheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.
- Prepare the doughMix the quark, egg, xylitol, poppy seed mixture and oil together in a bowl.
- Mix the ingredientsStir the protein powder, almond flour and salt into the quark mixture.
- Shape the muffinsFill the finished mixture into muffin cases.
- BakePlace the muffins in the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes.
- Leave to coolLeave the muffins to cool and enjoy!
