Quark and protein muffins

Ingredients (6 muffins):

250g low-fat quark

1 egg

1 tbsp xylitol

1 tbsp sunflower oil

3 TBSP. Livefresh Protein mix vanilla

2 tbsp almond flour

1 tbsp ready-made poppy seed mix

1 pinch of salt



  1. First preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air

  2. Now mix the quark, egg, xylitol, poppy seed mixture and oil together

  3. Then stir in the protein powder, almond flour and salt

  4. Finally, pour the finished mixture into the muffin cases and place in the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes

  5. Leave to cool and enjoy!
