Broccoli Chickpea Fritters

Ingredients (3 portions):

1 broccoli

100ml oat milk

2 tsp linseed

80g chickpea flour

1 tbsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp mustard

1 tsp paprika powder

½ tsp salt

60g grated cheese

1 tin of chickpeas (precooked)

frying oil


  1. First bring the water to the boil, wash the broccoli and cut into small florets

  2. Then place the small florets in the boiling water for approx. 1 minute, then place in cold water for 30 seconds and drain.

  3. Meanwhile, mix the oat milk with the linseed and leave to swell

  4. Now gradually add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well

  5. Finally, form the patties, place in a hot pan and fry on both sides until golden brown

  6. Then arrange on a plate and serve with a dip of your choice

  7. Enjoy!
