Ingredients (1 portion):

3 rice paper leaves

1/2 packet LiveFresh Turmeric Curry Bowl (prepared)

Additional water to soak the rice paper

Preparation:

  1. The LiveFresh Prepare the turmeric curry bowl according to the instructions on the packaging and set aside

  2. Fill a shallow container with water, then carefully dip a sheet of rice paper into the water and leave to soak for about 5-10 seconds until it becomes soft and flexible

  3. Remove the soaked rice paper sheet from the water and place on a clean work surface

  4. Then fold the left and right sides of the rice paper in towards the middle to form an elongated pocket

  5. Pour some of the prepared LiveFresh turmeric curry bowl into the pocket and make sure that there is enough space to close it

  6. Roll up the rice paper from the bottom and shape into a triangle by folding the top corners inwards

  7. Place the folded spring corners on a baking tray lined with baking paper

  8. Bake the spring rolls in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for approx. 15-20 mins. until golden brown and crispy

  9. Once baked, carefully remove the spring rolls from the baking tray and leave to cool briefly before serving

  10. Enjoy your meal!
