Energy Protein Balls

You need more energy and you need it in the tastiest and yet healthy way? Then try our Energy Protein Balls out. They not only consist of natural ingredients but are also a a source of energy, fiber and nutrients. For an extra portion of protein, our vegan protein mix vanillaand you can try your hand at making lots of delicious creations. They are easy to prepare, practical and perfect as snack on the go, in the office or as a dessert.

Total time: 25 min. + approx. 1 hour in the fridge 

Cuisine/Origin: Regional 

Ingredients (approx. 20 balls):

200g peanut butter

40g oat flakes

40g LiveFresh Protein mix vanilla

70ml milk

3EL agave syrup

A little sea salt

a handful of cocoa nibs to fold in, and for rolling

Grated coconut for topping

Chopped nuts for topping

Preparation:

  1. First nut butter, oat flakes, LiveFresh protein mix vanilla, agave syrup, sea salt, milk and some cacao nibs to a homogeneous mass

  2. Then take small portions and shape into small balls with your hands

  3. Finally, roll the balls in the chopped nuts and grated coconut and place in the fridge for approx. 1 hour

  4. Enjoy!
