Ingredients (1 tray):
1 broccoli
50g grated mozzarella cheese
50g grated parmesan cheese
olive oil
seasoning salt
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200° C convection oven

Then wash the broccoli, cut off the florets, place in boiling water for approx. 5 minutes and then drain well

Now place the florets on a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten with a glass

Then brush everything with olive oil and sprinkle with grated cheese

Finally, season with seasoning salt and place in the preheated oven for approx. 15-20 mins.
