Smashed broccoli

Ingredients (1 tray): 

1 broccoli

50g grated mozzarella cheese

50g grated parmesan cheese

olive oil

seasoning salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 200° C convection oven

  2. Then wash the broccoli, cut off the florets, place in boiling water for approx. 5 minutes and then drain well

  3. Now place the florets on a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten with a glass

  4. Then brush everything with olive oil and sprinkle with grated cheese

  5. Finally, season with seasoning salt and place in the preheated oven for approx. 15-20 mins.

  6. Enjoy!
