500g quark

A handful of blueberries

1/2 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)

agave syrup

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the quark with the pudding powder and agave syrup until everything is well combined

  2. Pour half of the quark mixture into the baking dish or microwave-safe cup

  3. Then sprinkle the blueberries over the quark mixture and pour the rest of the quark mixture on top

  4. Place the casserole dish or cup in the microwave and heat on high power for 5 minutes

  5. Now remove the cheesecake from the microwave and leave to cool

  6. Garnish with more blueberries before serving and enjoy
