In this recipe we will prepare a unique variation of sushi - sushi waffles! The combination of sushi rice, Tikka Masala Bowl and avocado is sure to enchant your taste buds.

Ingredients (4 sushi waffles):

2 cups sushi rice

1 Tikka Masala Bowl from LiveFresh

1 avocado

nori leaves

soy sauce

wasabi

Ginger

Preparation:

  1. Wash the sushi rice and cook according to the instructions on the packet

  2. In the meantime, prepare the Tikka Masala Bowl from LiveFresh according to the instructions

  3. Slice the avocado and grease the waffle iron

  4. The cooled sushi rice can then be placed in the waffle tin, formed into a waffle and baked until golden brown

  5. Remove the waffle from the waffle iron and top with avocado and the tikka masala bowl
