40g chickpea flour

60ml water

  1. Wash and drain the spinach

  2. Now put the spinach, chickpea flour and water in a blender

  3. Then heat a pan over a medium heat. Once the pan is hot, pour a small amount of the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly. Allow the wrap to brown for approx. 1-2 mins. on each side and then remove from the pan

  4. Now top the wrap with rocket and a generous amount of the LiveFresh Ras El Hanout Bowl

  5. Fold the wrap tightly and enjoy your meal!
