Ingredients (1 dish):
40g rolled oats
60ml oat milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Put the rolled oats in a bowl and mix well with the oat milk
Now cut half a banana into small pieces and add to the oats
Then add the baking powder to the mixture and chop the mixture in a blender
Now add the chocolate chips and mix everything together well
Pour the mixture into a baking dish or small ovenproof dish and bake for around 20-25 minutes until the surface is golden brown and crispy
