A delicious and healthy breakfast that is also quick and easy to prepare can be a real challenge. Here comes the recipe for baked oats comes into play! This delicious and nutritious variation of porridge is baked in the oven and refined with pieces of banana and chocolate chips.

Ingredients (1 dish):

40g rolled oats

60ml oat milk

1/2 banana

chocolate drops

1/2 tsp baking powder


    1. Put the rolled oats in a bowl and mix well with the oat milk

    2. Now cut half a banana into small pieces and add to the oats

    3. Then add the baking powder to the mixture and chop the mixture in a blender

    4. Now add the chocolate chips and mix everything together well

    5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish or small ovenproof dish and bake for around 20-25 minutes until the surface is golden brown and crispy
