This delicious smoothie is prepared with fresh fruit and is a super delicious and light meal on warm days. The recipe is not only suitable for preparing your Juice cure, but also ideal for follow -up. With only 6 ingredients you can prepare and enjoy the smoothie yourself in no time at all. Ingredients (1 serving):
1 banana
100g blueberries
1 tablespoon of oatmeal
1 tm almondmus
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
200ml of almond milk (unsweetened)
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients together in a mixer
- Puree everything into a creamy smoothie
- Fill the smoothie in a glass and enjoy it
