Healthy snack made from edamame

Edamamealso known as green soybeansare a healthy and versatile snack. The miracle bean is a real source of protein, has a low calorie content and is perfect as a healthy snack for a snack in between meals.

250g edamame

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp curry


  1. Put the edamame in a bowl and pour the olive oil over it

  2. Add the paprika powder, salt and curry and mix well until the edamame are evenly coated

  3. Place the edamame on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes

  4. Remove from the oven and serve

Tip: To add your own personal flavor, you can add additional spices and herbs.
