Ingredients:

150g dark chocolate

1 tbsp peanut butter

5 rice cakes

Preparation:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave

  2. Crush the rice cakes and place in a bowl

  3. Add some peanut butter and the melted chocolate and mix everything into a mass

  4. Leave the chocolate rice cakes to cool and firm up for a few minutes before cutting or breaking them into bite-sized pieces

Tip: For more variety, you can vary the type of nut butter and chocolate as desired.
