5 rice cakes

Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave

Crush the rice cakes and place in a bowl

Add some peanut butter and the melted chocolate and mix everything into a mass

Leave the chocolate rice cakes to cool and firm up for a few minutes before cutting or breaking them into bite-sized pieces
