Gazpacho Andalusia
Gazpacho soupIs a cold served southern Spanish soup made of uncooked vegetables. she Juice cure, because it optimally prepares you for liquid food. Ingredients (500ml/approx. 2 portions):
500g of strolle tomatoes
2 slices toast
30ml sherry vinegar
60ml olive oil
1 red pepper
1 red onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 cucumber
Salt pepper
Sweet agent if necessary
basil
Preparation:
- Halve the tomatoes first, cut the cucumber into bite -sized pieces and put both in a mixer. Mix until you get a piece of free soup
- Also cut the paprika and the toast bread in bite -sized pieces and give both together with the onion, the cloves of garlic, the sherry vinegar, the olive oil and the spices in the blender and puree everything carefully
- Fill the soup out of the mixer into a deep plate and topping with olive oil and basil
