Vegan paprika tahini pasta

You can easily prepare this super tasty paprika tahini pasta with just a few ingredients. The pasta is ready in no time and is therefore ideal for days when you don't have much time to cook, but still want a nutritious and healthy meal. Ingredients (3 portions):

250g pasta of your choice

1 bulb of garlic

2 peppers

1 onion

olive oil 

125ml vegetable drink

2 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp tomato paste

juice of half a lemon

salt & pepper

yeast flakes 

parsley 

Preparation:

  1. Halve the peppers and remove the seeds
  2. Remove the skin from the onion and cut it in half
  3. Place the peppers, onion and garlic bulb on a baking tray and coat everything with olive oil
  4. Place the baking tray in the oven at 220 °C for 20 minutes
  5. Peel the peppers and separate the individual cloves from the garlic bulb
  6. Put the peppers, onion and garlic in a blender
  7. Add the vegetable drink, tahini and tomato puree
  8. Add a little fresh lemon juice
  9. Mix everything in a blender and season to taste with salt & pepper
  10. Cook 250g pasta as described on the packet
  11. After cooking, mix the pasta with the blended mixture
  12. Top with yeast flakes and parsley
  13. Serve and enjoy!
