You can easily prepare this super tasty paprika tahini pasta with just a few ingredients. The pasta is ready in no time and is therefore ideal for days when you don't have much time to cook, but still want a nutritious and healthy meal. Ingredients (3 portions):
250g pasta of your choice
1 bulb of garlic
2 peppers
1 onion
olive oil
125ml vegetable drink
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp tomato paste
juice of half a lemon
salt & pepper
yeast flakes
parsley
Preparation:
- Halve the peppers and remove the seeds
- Remove the skin from the onion and cut it in half
- Place the peppers, onion and garlic bulb on a baking tray and coat everything with olive oil
- Place the baking tray in the oven at 220 °C for 20 minutes
- Peel the peppers and separate the individual cloves from the garlic bulb
- Put the peppers, onion and garlic in a blender
- Add the vegetable drink, tahini and tomato puree
- Add a little fresh lemon juice
- Mix everything in a blender and season to taste with salt & pepper
- Cook 250g pasta as described on the packet
- After cooking, mix the pasta with the blended mixture
- Top with yeast flakes and parsley
- Serve and enjoy!
