Ingredients (3 portions):
500g pasta of your choice
200g oyster mushrooms
200g champions
1 red onion
1 garlic clove
400ml vegan cream
1 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp yeast flakes
oil
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet
- Chop the onion and garlic and fry them together with a little oil in a pan
- Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and sauté them in the pan with the onion and garlic
- Add the vegan cream and bring everything to the boil
- Add the spices and stir in the yeast flakes
- Season to taste
- Serve with pasta and enjoy
