Vegan pasta with mushroom cream sauce

This delicious vegan pasta with creamy mushroom sauce is super quick and tastes great. Ingredients (3 portions):

500g pasta of your choice

200g oyster mushrooms

200g champions

1 red onion

1 garlic clove

400ml vegan cream

1 tsp salt

2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika powder

2 tsp yeast flakes

oil

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet
  2. Chop the onion and garlic and fry them together with a little oil in a pan
  3. Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and sauté them in the pan with the onion and garlic
  4. Add the vegan cream and bring everything to the boil
  5. Add the spices and stir in the yeast flakes
  6. Season to taste
  7. Serve with pasta and enjoy
