Vegan filled paprika - Mexican Style

Ingredients (1 serving):
1 red pepper
2 tbsp Kidney beans
2 tablespoons of corn
1 onion
garlic
5 cocktail tomatoes
Vegan cheese
olive oil
4 tablespoons passed tomato
Spice mixture
Salt pepper

Preparation:
- Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and put the halves in a baking dish
- Put some oil in a pan and steam the onions in it
