Ingredients (1 portion):

3 small cucumbers

3 tomatoes

1 onion

3 spring onions

parsley

lemon juice

olive oil

Salt & pepper

Optional: garlic

Preparation:

  1. Cut the cucumbers, tomatoes and onion into small pieces and put everything together in a bowl.
  2. Now cut the spring onions into rings and add them to the other ingredients. 
  3. Pour a little olive oil into the bowl and mix well with the vegetables.
  4. Season to taste with lemon juice, parsley, pepper and salt.
  5. Serve the salad as a main course or side dish.
