Ingredients:
400g chickpeas
50g dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp eryhritol
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp coconut milk (the solid part)
1 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond butter)
Optional: vegan chocolate drops
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients together in a blender and mix everything thoroughly.
- Optionally, you can stir in vegan chocolate chips with a spoon.
- Finally, pour the cookie dough into a container of your choice or process it further to make delicious cookies.
