Vegan biscuit dough from chickpeas

50g dates

1 TL vanilla extract

2 tablespoons of erythrit

1 pinch of salt

1 TL cinnamon

2 tablespoons of coconut milk (the integral part)

1 tablespoon of nutmus (peanut or almondmus)

Optional: vegan chocolate drops


  1. Put all the ingredients together in a blender and stir everything carefully.
  2. Optionally, you can then stir in vegan chocolate drops with a spoon.
  3. Finally, fill the biscuit dough into a vessel of your choice or continue to process it to delicious cookies.
