Ingredients (1 glass):

3 cups of peas (fresh or frozen)

1 cup of fresh wild garlic

2 tablespoons of yeast flakes

½ cup of nuts (e.g. cashew nuts)

3 tablespoons of olive oil

  1. Put the peas into water and even cook them. If you use frozen peas, let them thaw them first. Finally, start with cold water
  2. Put the peas into a bowl together with the wild garlic, salt, pepper and yeast flakes. Then puree until you get a creamy pesto
  3. Now add the olive oil and some lime juice and mix everything together
  4. Now add the nuts to the pesto and crush them with the help of a mixer until they are shredded, but still in pieces
  5. Serve the pesto with the pasta of your choice
