Fresh summer salad with roasted chickpeas

400g salad of your choice
2 carrots
1/2 cucumber
1 pepper
200g cherry tomatoes
Pomegranate seeds
60g sprouts
400g chickpeas
olive oil
Dressing:
4 tablespoons of Tafini (sesable)
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 tablespoons of water
1 clove of garlic
1 lime
Preparation:
- Rasple the cucumber in slices and the carrots in fine stripes
- Cut the peppers into small cubes, halve the tomatoes and put them in a bowl with the cucumbers and carrots
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the chickpeas
- Season with the spices of your choice and roast them in the pan until they are crispy
- Cut the garlic as fine as possible and put it in a small bowl
- Add the soy sauce, the tahini and the water and carefully stir it into a sauce with the garlic. Choose with the juice of a fresh lime
- Put the washed salad into the bowl into the bowl and add the pomegranate seeds and the sprouts
- Mix the salad carefully and put it in a deep plate or a salad bowl
- Give the dressing over the salad and mix it with the salad
- Topping with the roasted chickpeas
