Clean eating recipe - berries smoothie
You can conjure up this fruity berry smoothie in no time at all. In addition, this smoothie is perfect as a breakfast for preparation for yoursJuice cure. Ingredients (2 portions):
1 ripe banana
150g TK blueberries / fresh blueberries
150g TK berry mixture
200ml coconut water
Preparation:
Puree the peeled banana and the berries with a mixer. Add the coconut water and mix the puree again. If the smoothie is too viscous for you, you can add a little more coconut water. Fill the smoothie into a beautiful glass and may garnish it with a few fresh berries. Enjoy your meal!
