juice cleanse & Weight loss bundle

Our juices can be stored in the refrigerator and will keep for up to 4 weeks when unopened.

Since we’re also often asked whether our juices and shots can still be enjoyed after the best-by date (MHD) or if our juices are still safe to drink if they haven’t been refrigerated for 2–3 days, we’ve put together 5 tests for you to check their shelf life. ➤ Read the blog post

The cap on the 3-liter juice box is designed to prevent air from coming into contact with the juice, even after you've started pouring it. This means the juice remains safe to drink until the best-by date, even after you've started pouring it.

The best place to store the juices is in the refrigerator. That way, they stay fresh, and you can enjoy them chilled. Alternatively, you can use a cooler bag.

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we can't swap out juices in our juice cleanses. Individual juices can always be easily replaced with broth, or you can order an extra 6-pack of a particular juice variety to go with it 🙂

No need to worry. This is a completely normal settling process. Just give it a good shake and then enjoy. The natural separation of juice is definitely a positive sign of quality, though many consumers tend to perceive it as a negative. Here at LiveFresh, our goal is to always keep our cold-pressed juice in its natural state. If you’d like to learn more about why juice separates, we have more information for you here ➤Go to the blog post

If our shots are too strong for you, dilute them with water or mix them with tea (but make sure the tea isn't too hot, or it will destroy the vitamin C).

With a shot regimen, you drink shots every day in addition to your regular diet. The Immune Shot Regimen provides you with vitamin C and vitamin D every day—two nutrients that support normal immune function.⁴ It also includes ingredients like ginger, turmeric, and acerola. Here you’ll find all of our ➤shot regimens

The classic juice cleanse is also suitable for men who want to reset their eating habits. However, due to your higher basal metabolic rate, you may find the transition more difficult than expected, and this may not subside even by the second day—or you may notice a noticeable difference in your usual energy levels throughout the day. If you notice this happening, you can supplement two of the juices each day with vegan protein powder and flaxseed oil. We also recommend this if you don’t want to skip your strength training while on the juice cleanse.

The primary goal of a juice cleanse is to kickstart a new routine: recognizing and breaking bad habits like constant snacking. Seven days of a set routine—one juice every two hours—with no decisions to make. Think of the cleanse as the starting point for a more mindful approach to what you eat.

A juice cleanse is a short period of a few days during which you give your body a break: Generally, for a few days, you drink only juices, water, tea, and homemade broth to give your body a rest. You avoid solid food during this time. On our page about the classic juice cleanse, you’ll find lots more useful information, such as the step-by-step process.

Want to make vitamin C and vitamin D a regular part of your daily routine?⁵ Then the Immune Shot Program is just right for you. You can choose between a 2-week intensive program and a 4-week routine—whichever suits you best.

Want to break out of autopilot and lay the foundation for a dietary change? Then our classic juice cleanse program—available for 3, 5, or 7 days—is perfect for you.

Need to postpone your start? No problem at all! Thanks to the HPP process, our juices and shots are extremely stable and can be stored unopened and refrigerated for up to four weeks. Just postpone your cleanse and get back on track with full energy when the time is right.

Of course, physical activity isn't off-limits. However, because of your reduced calorie intake, your body might not be functioning at the same level you're used to. Listen to your body and don’t rush into your workouts too quickly! Here, we’ve summarized what you need to know about exercise during juice cleanse➤Read the blog post

Absolutely. The juice cleanse is a deliberate break from autopilot: a set seven-day routine, a juice every two hours, and no decisions to make. That’s exactly how you realize what you usually eat on the side and why.

One advantage of our juice cleanse is that our app provides you with recipes for before and after the cleanse—so your transition back to everyday life stays structured.

This way, you can use your juice cleanse as a stepping stone to a more mindful routine. For more recipes after your juice cleanse, feel free to check out our blog, News & Juice, and our Instagram channel. We regularly post new inspiration there.

Avoid very rich foods, sweets, and alcohol. By eating light meals such as salads, coconut porridge, steamed vegetables, and fish—or, alternatively, a small amount of white meat—you can prepare yourself optimally for the juice cleanse. We’ll send you sample recipes along with the juice cleanse in our juice cleanse Guide. You’ll find everything you need to know in the booklet included in your package.

It is best to avoid coffee during cleanse.

Of course—you should definitely do that! We recommend drinking at least 2 liters of water or herbal tea (unsweetened) every day in addition to the juice cleanse juices. If plain water is too boring for you, try adding a slice of cucumber, lemon, rosemary, or basil to your water. With so many great options, you can easily jazz up your drink and curb your hunger just by drinking.

P.S.: Be sure to avoid carbonated drinks, sugary drinks, coffee, and alcohol during the juice cleanse.

It's not required, but doing so can further enhance the effects of juice cleanse. It can also help reduce feelings of hunger or headaches.

How you experience cleanse varies from person to person. Some people report headaches due to coffee withdrawal; occasionally, mild dizziness or diarrhea may occur. Others get through it without any side effects at all and say, in retrospect, that the regular routine did them a world of good.

What can I do about side effects during juice cleanse?

Feeling cold – drink unsweetened tea

Headache – dissolve a pinch of salt in a glass of water and drink it; it’s best to use high-quality salt, such as Himalayan salt.

Diarrhea – drink unsweetened herbal tea, gastrointestinal tea, or fennel-anise-caraway tea

Mild dizziness – drink a clear vegetable broth to restore your electrolyte balance

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to that. Of course, we’re convinced that our juices and shots should become a regular part of your diet, since they’re simply good for your body. Even if you’re not doing a juice cleanse, our juices and shots are perfect as a snack or between-meal treat, and you can easily incorporate them into your regular daily routine.

Many of our customers fast every 3–4 weeks, while others do so 3–4 times a year. Still others fast just once—for example, to get off to a better start in the new year or to recover from a stressful or taxing period. So, in this case, it’s best to try it out and see what works for you. Start now with your juice cleanse and find the interval that’s perfect for you and your body!

The basic purpose of juice cleanse is naturally diminished as you start eating more solid foods. But your well-being comes first! If your hunger is unbearable, start by drinking some vegetable broth or tea. If that doesn’t help, start with fruit or vegetables. Important: Chew thoroughly. Chewing alone helps ease the feeling of hunger.
