The closure of the 3 liter juice box is designed in such a way that no air can get to the juice, even if you have already tapped juice. This means that the juice can still be enjoyed after tapping until the specified best before date. 

The best way to store juices is in the fridge. This keeps them fresh and you can enjoy them cool. Alternatively, you can also use a cool bag.

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we cannot substitute juices in our juice cures. Individual juices can always be replaced by a broth or you can order an extra 6-pack of one type of juice🙂

No need to worry. This is a normal settling process. Give it a good shake and then enjoy. The natural separation of a juice is definitely a positive quality feature that many consumers tend to perceive as negative. If our shots are too spicy for you, dilute them with water or mix them with tea (but make sure that the tea is not too hot, otherwise the vitamin C will be destroyed).

The classic juice cleanse diet is also suitable for men who want to reset their diet and eat more healthily. Definitely! The juice cleanse should help you get to know your body better and give it a chance to recover from everyday stresses and strains. Your body can also absorb and utilize nutrients better afterwards.

Avoid very rich foods, sweets and alcohol. With light food such as salads, coconut porridge, steamed vegetables and fish or alternatively little white meat, you can prepare yourself optimally for the juice cleanse prepare yourself optimally. At best, coffee should be avoided during the cure. 

Of course, you should! We recommend at least 2 liters a day of water or herbal tea (unsweetened) in addition to the juice cleanse juices. If still water is too boring for you, try adding a piece of cucumber, lemon, rosemary or basil to your water. With so many great things you can easily spice up your drink and reduce your hunger by drinking alone. 

P.S: Be careful not to drink carbonated drinks, sweet drinks, coffee and alcohol during the juice cleanse during the diet.

It's not a must, but you can enhance the effect of the juice cleanse even better. It can also reduce feelings of hunger or headaches.

The side effects vary from person to person. Some people report headaches due to coffee withdrawal. Occasionally, slight dizziness or diarrhea may occur. However, there are also many people who simply feel great and have a lot more energy.

What can I do about side effects during the juice cleanse do?

Freezing - Drink unsweetened tea

headache - dissolve a pinch of salt in a glass of water and drink, preferably using high-quality salt such as Himalayan salt.

Diarrhea - Drink unsweetened herbal tea, gastrointestinal tea or fennel-aniseed-caraway tea 

Slight dizziness - Drink a clear vegetable broth to balance your electrolyte levels 

There is no general answer to this question. We are of course convinced that our juices & shots should become an integral part of your diet, as they are simply good for your body. If not as juice cleanse our juices & shots are ideal as a snack or in-between meals and you can easily incorporate them into your normal diet. 

Many of our customers fast every 3-4 weeks, others 3-4 times a year. Others only do it once, for example to start the new year better or to recover from a stressful phase. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Start now with your juice cleanse and find your own interval that is perfect for you and your body! 

The basic intention of the juice cleanse is of course weakened by the increase in solid food. But your well-being comes first! If your hunger is so unbearable, start by drinking a vegetable broth or tea. But if it doesn't get better - start with fruit or vegetables. Important: chew often. Chewing alone reduces the feeling of hunger.
