Ingredients (4 portions):

1kg salad potatoes

1 large onion

2 tbsp vinegar


1 cup vegetable stock



Fresh parsley

Vegetarian sausages


  1. First wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes
  2. Now peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices
  3. Then peel the onion and cut into small cubes
  4. Meanwhile, heat the vegetable stock in a pan and set aside
  5. Now add the onion, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, mustard and vegetable stock to the potatoes and stir in well
  6. Leave the potato salad to stand for approx. 1 hour
  7. Then carefully heat the vegetarian sausages in a pan
  8. Finally, serve the potato salad, vegetarian sausages and a dollop of mustard on a plate and enjoy.
