Low carb pancakes

These Low carb pancakes are much easier than you think. You only need a few ingredients, a pan and a little time to prepare these healthy pancakes. With these delicious low carb pancakes you can, for example, make a a great breakfast with lots of protein & few carbohydrates create! They are also ideal as a breakfast in preparation for your juice cleanse.

Ingredients (6 pancakes):

80g almond flour

80g wheat flour

6 eggs

70ml milk

1 pinch of baking powder

pinch of salt

100ml mineral water

Some neutral oil for frying


  1. First mix the almond flour, wheat flour and baking powder
  2. Then add the eggs, milk, mineral water and salt and mix everything into a smooth batter
  3. Leave the dough to rest for approx. 10 minutes so that the flour can swell
  4. Finally, heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, pour the batter into the pan in batches and fry on both sides until golden brown
