1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 lemon (organic)
100ml dry white wine
Approx. 500ml vegetable broth

2 tablespoons of vegan butter
40g vegan parmesan

Preparation:
- First cut the onion and the garlic
- Now fry the rice, the onion, the garlic and the butter in a saucepan at high level
- Then deglaze with white wine and the vegetable broth and reduce the heat
- Then add the abrasion from the lemon, as well as the juice and the lemon peel to the risotto and let everything simmer slightly
- Stir constantly so that the risotto cannot burn
- As soon as the liquid is reduced, stir in the parmesan and the dill until everything is nice and closed
