Veganes Zaziki Juice cure vegan zaziki
Ingredients (4 portions):
500g plant yogurt
2-3 cloves of garlic
200g salad cucumber
2 tablespoons of olive oil
lemon
Salt
pepper
Some parsley
Preparation:
- First wash the cucumber and grate small
- Now put the cucumber mass on a kitchen towel and squeeze the water, it is best to do this by inserting the cloth
- Then peel the garlic and grate with a grater and add to the cucumber mass
- Add soy yogurt, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper and mix everything well
- Now you can arrange the vegan zaziki and top with a little parsley. Enjoy your meal!
