Veganes Naan Brot

This delicious naan bread is perfect as a side dish for barbecues in summer or as a tasty snack with a dip. The dough is prepared without yeast and is therefore 100% successful. The recipe is not only suitable for preparing for your juice cleansebut also ideal for post-processing. Ingredients (8 portions):

300g flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

120ml water

80g soy quark

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Optional: sesame & parsley

Preparation:

  1. Mix the flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl
  2. Form a well in the center. Add the water, soy quark, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Mix with a wooden spoon at first, then continue kneading with your hands until you have an airy dough
  4. Cover the dough and leave to rest for approx. 10 minutes
  5. At the end of the 10 minutes, divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form 8 small flatbreads
  6. Heat a non-stick frying pan to medium heat and brush with a little olive oil
  7. Place the flatbread in the pan and bake for approx. 5 minutes on each side
  8. Sprinkle with a little parsley and sesame seeds as desired
  9. Enjoy your meal!
