Ingredients (15 Toffifee):
50ml coconut milk
20g erythritol
25g coconut oil
60g cashew butter
hazelnuts
Preparation:
- Put the coconut milk together with the erythritol, coconut oil and cashew butter in a bowl and mix everything into a mass
- Fill the mixture into the typical Toffifee packaging (e.g. with a piping bag or baking paper)
- Top each with a hazelnut and place the packaging in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Melt a little dark chocolate and put a small portion on each hazelnut
- Chill the vegan Toffifee in the fridge for a further 2 hours
- Enjoy your meal!
