This recipe is totally simple: all you need is pineapple, our Goldrausch juice and a lime. We didn't need the molds and used the pineapple peel instead. As the pineapple is already very sweet on its own, you also need no additional sugar with this vegan pineapple ice cream. And compared to store-bought ice cream, we find that homemade ice cream contains more fruitsafe no gluten and is healthier! You can also enjoy an ice cream like this as a snack before or after your juice cleanse treat yourself!

Ingredients (4 ice creams):
1 pineapple
100ml Goldrausch juice
1 lime
Resting time: 3 hours in the freezer
Preparation:
- First cut the pineapple into slices approx. 2 cm thick and then remove the flesh from the skin
- Now place the pineapple, 100 ml Goldrausch and the juice of one lime in a blender and mix well
- Then pour the mixture into the pineapple peel and place in the freezer for approx. 2 to 3 hours.
- Enjoy the taste!
