Ingredients (2 portions):

4 corn cobs

50g vegan butter

1 tbsp paprika powder

1 tsp chili powder

 

Preparation:

  1. First place the corn cobs in a pot of cold water, then bring the water to a boil
  2. Cook the corn on the cob for about half an hour
  3. Meanwhile, mix the vegan butter with the paprika powder and chili powder
  4. Then set the corn on the cob aside and leave to cool slightly
  5. Finally, spread the vegan butter on the corn cobs and enjoy!
