Vegan Asian noodle salad with a Ingwer Sturm vinaigrette

Noodle salad different: Asiatic and with one Ingwer Sturm shot from us! The special black bean noodles are made into a spicy, fresh salad. Our vegan Asian noodle salad with a Ingwer Sturm vinaigrette is topped with crunchy snow peas, toasted sesame seeds, fresh coriander or parsley and an Asian-inspired dressing with fresh orange, soy sauce and our ginger shot - yummi! Regardless of whether you include the recipe in your pre- or post-preparation of your juice cleanse it really always works, as the recipe is ideal for this.

Ingredients (2 servings):

90g black bean spaghetti

2 carrots

1 red bell bell pepper

2 spring onions

150g mangetout

2 tbsp sesame seeds

1 bunch parsley

For the vinaigrette:

1 Ingwer Sturm Shot

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 fresh orange 

Preparation:

  1. First cook the pasta according to the packet instructions
  2. Meanwhile, wash the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces
  3. Now add the Ingwer Sturm Shot together with the sesame oil, soy sauce and white wine vinegar to make a vinaigrette
  4. Finally, mix everything together in a bowl
  5. Now serve the salad on a plate and top with some sesame seeds
  6. Enjoy your meal!
