Ingredients (2 slices of bread):

2 slices of fresh spelt bread

1 large avocado

Handful of plum tomatoes

2 eggs

Approx. 75g cream cheese

Parmesan cheese



  1. First toast the bread in a toaster or fry it in a pan on both sides until golden brown
  2. Next, remove the inside of the avocado, wash the tomatoes and cut everything into small pieces
  3. Now spread the cream cheese on the bread
  4. Finally, top with the avocado, tomatoes and egg and top with cress and Parmesan cheese
