Vegane One Pot Protein Pasta
Our one pot protein pasta is a must for all pasta lovers! The pasta is only prepared in one pot, you don't need more! Unless you want to have a crispy tofu like us instead of watching it in the pasta. For the dish you only need a few ingredients, it is finished in 15-20 minutes and tastes super tasty! Also great - the recipe is perfect for it in the preparation and follow -up of a Juice cure to integrate. At the end of the post you can see in the recipe video how our Michi prepares the vegan one pot protein pasta.
Ingredients (2 portions):
100g red lentils noodles
100g mushrooms
1 carrot
½ onion
½ garlic clove
½ zucchini
50g baby spinach
250g smoked fou
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ tl oregano
½ teaspoon chili powder
350ml vegetable broth
125ml vegan alcohol -free white wine
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
Preparation:
- First cut the onions and garlic and put them in a saucepan with a little olive oil and braise
- In the meantime, cut the carrots, zucchini and mushrooms and also put them in the pot
- Add the tomato paste and the spices and fry briefly with
- Then pour the noodles with the vegetable broth and the vegan non -alcoholic white wine and make sure that everything is well covered with liquid
- Now bring the pot content to the boil and then simmer over a low heat until the noodles are cooked
- Stir occasionally and finally fold in the spinach
- Now dice the tofu and fry with a little olive oil in a pan with full strength on all sides
- Finally arrange the pasta and top with the tofu
