Vegan grilled vegetable skewers
If you want to do without meat on summer barbecues, you don't always have it easy. However, these delicious, marinated vegetable skewers are the highlight on the grill for every vegan and vegetarian. With just a few ingredients, these delicious skewers are prepared in no time at all. You can find out what ingredients you need and how you can prepare the skewers in this article. Ingredients (approx. 10 skewers):
1 eggplant
1 onion
1 small zucchini
2 cunts
1 handful of mushrooms
1 pepper
Preparation:
- Wash the vegetables and cut it into slices or cubes
- Skewer the vegetables alternately on several shish lock skewers
- Bbq sauce
- Fry the skewers on the grill until the vegetables are cooked
