Vegan Asian noodles with tofu and peanut sauce sauce
This Asian dish with a chilli sauce, peanut and sesame is the perfect recipe for you to Juice cure Starting into healthy life! The recipe is vegan, healthy, super tasty and simply prepared! If you don't like the tofu, you are welcome to leave it out, this dish tastes also without delicious!
Ingredients (4 portions):
500g pasta
Chili-Erdnuss-Sesam sauce:
125g peanut butter
80ml sesame oil
80ml soy sauce
60ml rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of agave syrup
1 tablespoon of chilli paste or fresh chilli
1-2 tablespoons of paprika or tomato paste
1 clove of garlic
1 piece of fresh ginger
oil
350g solid tofu (optional)
Topping:
Peanuts (chopped)
Sesame seeds
Spring onions
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the "Al dente" package
- Cut the garlic into small pieces or press it small
- Rasple the ginger fine
- If necessary, cut the fresh chili pepper small, provided you do not use a chilipast
- Put all the ingredients for the sauce, except the tofu, into a bowl and stir carefully
- Press the excess moisture out of the tofu and cut it into bite -sized cubes
- Heat some oil in a pan

- Add about a ½ cup of sauce and let them simmer with the tofu until the sauce begins to evaporate and the tofu absorbs the liquid

- Heat the rest of the sauce in another pot
- Give the noodles as soon as they are "al dente", in the pot to the sauce and mix them well
