Ingredients (4 portions):

2 BUND green asparagus

400g strawberries

125g lamb's lettuce

100g blueberries

20g mint

200g vegan feta

4 tablespoons of olive oil

4 tablespoons of walnuts

3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

Preparation:

    1. Wash the asparagus, peel the lower third and break the woody ends
    2. Third the asparagus rods with a slightly sloping cut
    3. Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and quarter them
