Rice Wafer Chocolate Bars

These delicious and healthy Rice Cake Chocolate Bars are perfect as a Snack for in between or as a sweet treat after a meal. The combination of crispy rice cakes, creamy almond paste & dark chocolate is perfect for health-conscious eaters!

Ingredients (1 tray):

100g rice cakes

100g almond paste

150g dark chocolate

2 tablespoons agave syrup (or another sweetener of your choice)


  1. Crumble the rice cakes into small pieces and mix them with the almond paste and the agave syrup until a sticky mass is formed.

  2. Now line a baking dish or a rectangular baking pan with baking paper and dPress the rice cake and almond paste mixture down evenly to create a smooth surface.

  3. Then coarsely chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a heat-resistant container over a water bath

  4. Now pour the melted chocolate over the rice wafer-almond paste mixture and spread evenly

  5. Then place the baking dish in the refrigerator and allow the chocolate bars to cool for at least 1 hour.

  6. After the chocolate bars have set, remove them from the mold and cut them into the desired shape.
