Ingredients (1 tray):
2 bananas
150g rolled oats
300ml oat milk
50g agave syrup
50g almond butter
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
50g chocolate drops
Preparation:

In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until you get a creamy consistency

Now add the rolled oats, oat milk, agave syrup, almond butter, baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix together

Then add the chocolate chips and carefully fold in

Pour the mixture evenly into a baking tin lined with baking paper, smooth out and bake for approx. 25-30 minutes at 180°C

Once baked, leave the bars to cool and cut into small rectangular pieces
