Oatmeal bars

Enjoy these delicious Oatmeal Bars as healthy snack for in between or simply for breakfast. They are ideal to take away and provide a a long-lasting source of energy during your day.

Ingredients (1 tray):

2 bananas

150g rolled oats

300ml oat milk

50g agave syrup

50g almond butter

1 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

50g chocolate drops

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until you get a creamy consistency

  2. Now add the rolled oats, oat milk, agave syrup, almond butter, baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix together

  3. Then add the chocolate chips and carefully fold in

  4. Pour the mixture evenly into a baking tin lined with baking paper, smooth out and bake for approx. 25-30 minutes at 180°C

  5. Once baked, leave the bars to cool and cut into small rectangular pieces
