Ingredients (1 portion):
2 protein wraps
Strawberries (quantity to taste)
1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
3 tbsp oat milk (or another plant-based milk alternative)
2 tablespoons xylitol (or another sugar-free sweetener)
coconut oil
Preparation:

Wash the strawberries thoroughly and cut them into small pieces

Now mix the vanilla pudding powder and oat milk in a bowl until smooth

Then add the strawberry pieces and xylitol to the pudding mixture and mix well so that the strawberries are evenly covered with the pudding mixture

Heat a pan and add the strawberry and custard mixture. Heat the mixture, stirring, until the strawberries are soft and the pudding thickens

Now lay out the protein wraps on a clean work surface, spread the strawberry and custard mixture evenly over the wraps and fold the wraps.

Heat some coconut oil in the same pan and carefully place the filled wraps in it. Fry on both sides over a medium heat until golden brown and crispy
