Berries crumble
This delicious Berries Cumble is perfect as a healthy dessert or a snack for in between. With fruity berries and crunchy crumble, the recipe is suitable for those who do not want to give up sweets during their diet.

Ingredients (1 serving):
For the base:
250g frozen berries
1 tsp corn flour
1 tbsp xylitol
For the crumble topping:
1/2 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons xylitol
A pinch of salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tablespoons butterPreparation:

Place the frozen berries in a baking dish.

Now mix the corn flour and the xylitol and sprinkle over the berries

Then put the spelt flour, oat flakes, xylitol, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.

Cut the butter into pieces and work it into the flour mixture with your hands until it becomes crumbly

Now spread the crumble mixture evenly over the berries

Bake the berry crumble for 25-30 min. at 180 °C in the oven until the crumble is golden brown and crispy

Then remove the berry crumble from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
